Frequently asked

How do I change or cancel a booking?+

Open the booking from your Bookings tab and use the menu (⋮) to reschedule or cancel. If the provider has already accepted, message them in-app to agree a change.

Is my payment protected?+

In-app payments are processed securely and only released for completed work. If a job isn't done as agreed, contact support and we'll help resolve it.

How do I become a verified provider?+

In the app, go to Profile → Become a provider and submit your details. We verify ID and skills — usually within 48 hours — then the Jobs tab unlocks. Learn more.

What if a provider doesn't show up?+

Report it from the booking or email support@plugng.io. No-shows affect a provider's standing, and any in-app payment for undelivered work is refunded.
